How do I accumulate points?

Once you've enrolled in the AB Programme, you can start accumulating points when you shop on angelibebe.com

How many points do I accumulate for my purchases?

Members earn one (1) AB point for every US dollar spent on your online purchases*, no matter how you choose to pay (1 US  dollar = 1 point).

Merchandise returns and other financial adjustments will be deducted from your total AB Programme points. Points, rewards and benefits are non-transferable.

* Points cannot be earned on taxes, shipping, or gift packaging. 

What are the benefits of being an AB Programme member?

Every time you earn 2,500 points, you will receive US$150 of store credit.

Members qualify for Double Point Days which let you earn double the points for every dollar you spend!  Terms and conditions may vary and Double Point Days are determined exclusively at our discretion.

Members enjoy Gold status after reaching 5,000 points in a calendar year (January thru December). As a Gold member, you would also enjoy these special additional privileges:

  • Advance notice of new items/collections
  • Invitations to special events and private online sales
  • Complimentary gift packaging on all online purchases (Singapore deliveries only)
  • Exclusive birthday treats for your children

When will I receive my points?

Points for eligible purchases will be added to your member account when your merchandise ships.

When your account balance reaches 2,500 points, you’ll receive an email with info about your US$150 store credit – you can use this immediately!

What should I do if I didn't receive points for a recent purchase?

THE ANGELIBEBE REWARD (“AB”) PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Membership: Participation in the AB Programme (“Programme”) and the benefits of the Programme are offered at the sole discretion of Angelibebe (“Angelibebe”, “Angelibebe.com”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Eligibility: Only customers over 18 years of age with a valid Angelibebe member account may become members (“Members”, “you”, and “your”) in the Programme. Corporations, associations and other groups may not participate.

Angelibebe reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating if, in our sole judgment, that person appears to be violating these Terms and Conditions, making purchases for a business or for resale, manipulating the Programme, making excessive returns or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Programme's intent. If Members are disqualified, you forfeit your AB rewards, account value, and any balance of outstanding reward vouchers.

Members are entitled to one Member Account each. Angelibebe reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.

Members must register personal details (by creating a Member Account at Angelibebe) and keep Angelibebe informed of any changes. Angelibebe cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or vouchers incurred as a result of incorrect or outdated details.

3. Accumulating Rewards Points: Once enrolled in the Programme, you accumulate points based on your Net Purchases of Eligible Items (purchases of Eligible Items less redeemed reward cards/certificates, shipping and handling fees, gift and special packaging charges, returns, price adjustments and other discounts).

All activity on a Member’s registered Member Account, no matter who enters into the transaction, will be treated as activity of the Member.

You do not accumulate points when you pay with an Angelibebe gift, store credit or AB Reward Voucher.

4. Calculation of AB Account Value: The amount of your Net Purchase of Eligible Items at Angelibebe is multiplied by the number of points applicable to the form of payment you used and is added to your Member Account balance.  

Returns and other adjustments, such as a price adjustment, will reduce or eliminate your Member Account balance.

If we deactivate your Member Account due to abuse or manipulation of the Programme, membership in the Programme will terminate immediately. Any Member Account balance and any value remaining on issued AB Reward Vouchers will be forfeited.

5. Expiration of Member Account Value: Accounts with no activity within two years of initial purchase/registration, and accounts with outdated details that have not been updated for two years, will be removed and any points or vouchers forfeited.

6. Issuing AB Reward Vouchers: When your Account balance reaches 2,500 points, you will receive an electronic Coupon Code for a US$150 AB Reward Voucher via email (provided that you added your AB number to your online profile and you have a valid email address associated with your Member Account), and you may begin using it on the day you receive it.

7. AB Reward Vouchers Redemption: AB Reward Vouchers are “one use only” and expire 180 days from the date issued. They will be valid only through the expiration date specified. Any unused value remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.

8. Angelibebe reserves the right to change Programme rewards, guidelines, terms and conditions at any time without notice, including suspension or termination of the Programme. Certain additional important restrictions may apply.  Please also refer to our website terms and conditions.
