SHOPPING WITH US

How can I track my order?

We will e-mail you to advise that your order has been sent and is on its way to you. You will receive a delivery notification with tracking link from our delivery service companies (DHL Express or Federal Express) for International shipments and Ninja Van for Singapore shipments.

How will I know that you have received my order?

An e-mail will immediately be sent to acknowledge your order. Please note that your order is subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer or payment provider and we will also need to verify your delivery address.

Once your order has been verified by us, we will send a dispatch e-mail as soon as the item is ready and on its way to you.

How will my order be packaged?

Every order will be secured in Angelibebe-branded dustbag packaging in a waterproof delivery bag.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we treat all the information you share with us as private and confidential. For details please read the Angelibebe Privacy Policy.

At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. In order to process credit card orders online, we require certain information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. Please note that we DO NOT keep your credit card details online or in our server and these details are therefore protected from breach of security to our site. Your location information is only used for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and is not shared with any outside parties.

Can I order by telephone?

Unfortunately, currently we do not accept orders via telephone.

How do I order online?

Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select the size you require and click ‘Add To Bag’. You can continue shopping and adding items to your ‘Shopping Bag’ or go straight to ‘Checkout’. Once you are happy with your items and ready to purchase, click ‘Shopping Bag’. Enter your details to complete your purchase.

How do I find a specific item?

You can look for an item by using the ‘Search’ box at the top of our website. Alternatively you can filter by category or brand using the tabs at the top of our website. Use the left hand navigation panel to select by Size, Gender, Age Range, Colour, Price and Brands.

Do you have sizing guidelines?

You can find our size guide on every product page underneath the size drop down box. All of our sizes are standardised into age group or XS, S, M, L and XL. However, every child is unique and all items can be returned if they do not fit.

The item I bought is now on sale, do you offer price adjustment?

It is very difficult for us to know if and when something will go on sale. As a result we are unable to refund the difference if an item goes down in price after you have made a purchase.

Does Angelibebe have seasonal sales?

Seasonal sales take place at various times throughout the year. We cannot guarantee stock availability for sale or discounted items.

Are all products sold at Angelibebe authentic?

We are an authorised online seller for the brands we carry, you can be sure that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange an item(s)?

When will my refunds be processed?

You can usually expect to receive a refund within 10 working days of us receiving your returned item, and we will send an e-mail confirmation as soon as this has been completed.

When will my store credit be processed?

You can usually expect to receive a store credit within 10 working days of us receiving your returned item, and we will send an e-mail confirmation as soon as this has been completed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.  We will be adding additional payment methods over time so check back often!

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Shopping with Angelibebe is safe because all card transactions are processed safely and securely by our Credit Card Service Provider using the industry’s best security standards. . We never hold your credit card details on our website to ensure security is not compromised.

Being verified by VeriSign™ not only means our business is verified as a legitimately registered entity, but it also ensures the personal and payment data you send us is encrypted and transmitted via a secured connection.

YOUR ACCOUNT

How do I register to become an Angelibebe member?

Option 1:

Signing up as an Angelibebe member is quick and easy. Your account will be activated within 24 hours and we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Option 2:

At the time you make your first purchase, you will be asked if you would like to create an account. Simply fill out the form, click on the “Sign Up” button, and an account will be created for you. We will send you a confirmation e-mail. As a customer, you can track your order history and save shopping time by logging into your account.

I’ve forgotten my password

If you are trying to log into your Angelibebe account but cannot remember your password, just click ‘Customer Care – Contact’, send us a message with Subject Line ‘forgot password’, and we will e-mail you with your login details. If you checked out as a guest when you shopped with us before, please note that you won’t have an account with a password and we won’t know your ordering history.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Where does Angelibebe ship to?

We ship worldwide to Singapore and all over Asia, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and Europe.

Does Angelibebe ship to PO boxes?

Delivery service companies we use require a signature on delivery. Due to shipping restrictions, unless there is a reception agent present at the PO Box, we will be unable to deliver. Instead, please provide us with an address where someone will be available to sign upon request.

When do you ship?

We are committed to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the shipping/billing address has been verified. However, please allow up to 14 days for transit time as external factors may cause delays.

Can I place an order and send to multiple addresses?

At this time we can only ship your online order to one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations, however, to do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.

We are always looking for something new!!  We like different styles - trendy, funky, edgy, French, Asian, American - as long as they are authentic, comfy, crafted and cool.

For that extra special touch, you can opt to have your order gift-wrapped with luxurious tissue paper inside a beautiful signature Angelibebe box, along with a special card. We will handwrite a message of your choice.
